Welcome to my first Things I’m Working on This Month post. It’s kind of the equivalent of a monthly goals post, but less concrete. Instead of this is what I’m going to do, it’s more of this what I’m trying to improve on. It’s a more laid back approach to monthly goals, and one that I think suits me a little better.
I have horrible posture. Like really horrible posture. So I’m trying to make a conscious effort to correct that when I notice I’m hunched over.
I had made it goal this year to read a book a week. I am soo behind on that goal. I’m not even going to do a reading post for February because I only read one book all month. I really want to focus on finding time to read more.
My office is fully stocked with snacks. Everything from fresh fruit and avocados to Cheez-Its. Because it’s readily available, I’ve been snacking a lot (especially on the less healthy snacks) even when I’m not hungry. This month I want to focus on what I’m eating and stop snacking just to snack.
